KPH Construction have finished work on the first development phase of the City East Plaza in Limerick City. Works started in on site in September 2015 and the building was finished in April 2017. The €25m project consisted of the Design & Build of 2 office blocks with a total of 10,500m2 floor space.

The team we put together for this project consisted of Architects: Healy partners, Structural Engineers: Punch Consulting Engineers, M&E Consultants: Moloney Fox Consulting Engineers.

Constructed around reinforced concrete cores, the building consists of traditional reinforced concrete floors wrapped in a full height glazed façade with limestone and Falzonal cladding sections.

The 27,000m2 car park and new slip road off the busy R527 trunk road was completed shortly after. Another phase is being negotiated and is due to begin soon.
