Complete renovation and extension of a listed property overlooking Cork Harbour completed in 9 months.

The front wall and part of the back had to be retained but the existing extensions at the rear were removed and the new 2 storey extension was installed.

The fully walled garden was the only available area for storage and site set up during the project and was sympathetically restored afterwards.

As many original features as possible needed to be retained or restored, including the original Georgian window shutters and boxes.
