This project consisted of:

• The construction of 25no. new residential dwellings to the rear of 254-266, Blarney Street to turn-key stage.
• The site was steeply sloped and involved extensive retaining structures, roads, an attenuation tank, hard & soft landscaping and all ancillary works.
• Fit out of properties to include mechanical and electrical installations, wall/floor/ceiling finishes, installation of kitchen and bathrooms, all windows/doors and joinery.
