€50m contract consisted of 3 concurrent phases completed over 2 years and 11months:
F1 & F2 – This phase consisted of the structural reconfiguration of an existing basement, internal layout reconfiguration and construction of 2no. 5 storey office buildings, with a total of 13,700 m2 of floor area.
The basement works consisted of extensive structural reconfiguration from -3 level up, for the construction of the 2no. office buildings. Internally the layout was reconfigured and fitted out to a high standard including large welfares areas, and 15,000m2 carpark area.
Both F1 & F2 buildings were constructed around reinforced concrete cores, consisting of traditional reinforced concrete floors and columns wrapped in a full height glazed façade. Each building included the fitout of all circulation areas, welfare areas, and the construction of a roof top terrace area. F2 included the full CAT A fitout out of the office plate areas across the 5 storeys.
F3 – This phase consisted of the construction of a 14,500m2 basement extension to the existing basement across 3 levels. This construction took place on a brown field area on the existing site, and included excavation and construction using traditional reinforced concrete. Internally the carpark area is fully finished out with all traffic and carpark areas, including the installation of 37no. electric car chargers.
