€850k construction of a new extension to the main shop floor of approximately 150m2, new back of house areas incorporating offices, store rooms, staff room, toilets etc. and 4no new apartments on the 1^st floor.

The car park was extended, the fore court, petrol pumps and canopy was upgraded, a new car wash was installed and new ancillary buildings were provided.

Works started in May 2006 and were completed in December 2006
