Refurbishment of listed Period Estate House and surrounding Buildings in 2012.

Further works including formation of 8nr new glamping sites, dredging of waterfront and formation of riverside walks and forming new entrance gates and Stone walls along road frontage.

Dredging the river by the pier, installing rock armour, sea walls and new riverside walls were also necessary to help protect this wonderful property.

All tents are placed on a 30m2 levelled wooden deck fully ducted with full electricity, luxury shower & toilet facilities was built centrally to all pitches, a playground, kitchen, laundry, games room, reading room and shop were also developed to compliment a stay.

The new entrance, boundary wall and access roads were started in started in February 2017 and completed in April 2017.
