€800k Main Contract for groundworks, substructure, hard/ soft landscaping
and utilities for a new 9nr unit business park in Farranfore, Co Kerry

The Project included: Site Preparation – 28,000m3 of Excavation & Disposal off Site of Material. Filling with Clause 803 – 9148m3. Road, Paths & Paving – 820m of Slip form kerbing, Filling with 804 to various levels to an overall area of 20,098m2. Site Enclosures included 175m of a boundary wall with Limestone finish & minor palisade fencing. Ancillary Site Structures consisted of a Reinforced Concrete Bridge Structure & ESB Sub station. Site Services (Piped & Ducted) included pipes of various diameters in both Wavin Twinwall (1138m) & Wavin Sewer (1935m). Site Services (Mechanical & Electrical) consisted of approximately 3000m of trenches for approximately 7300m of ducting for Eircom, ESB, CCTV, Public Lighting & Gas Mains.

All works started in May 2008 and completed in April 2009
