This project consisted of:

• Demolition of retail building, valeting building, and forecourt canopy structure.
• Decommission septic tank, interceptors, U/G bunded tank farm, fuel dispensers, and associated pipework.
• Construction of new retail building & refuse area.
• Utilizing structural steel frame, precast hollowcore slabs and full height glazed facades with blockwork at rear and stone facing panels.
• Fit-out Works included New forecourt, fuel dispensers, fuel pipework, canopy structure & off loading slab.
• Construction RC Retaining Wall
• New storm and foul draining systems including the installation of interceptor, Attenuation tank system, Hydrobrake and Pumping system.
