Kenmare Community Hospital

Construction of new 42 bed community hospital.
€1.3m Contract consisted of the demolition of existing buildings, site clearance and enabling works. The mass dig, foundations, RC retaining walls, drainage, substructure and ground floor slabs. The external works included the connection and ducting of all services, formation of roads and car parking, the hard and soft landscaping.
The scope of works increased to include removal of Japanese Knotweed and remediation of ground, the laying of 600m of 450mm storm drain down a public road and into the town sewerage system, the supply and erection of all site fencing, forming temp. site car parks and tree felling.
We also carried out extensive day works, plant and crane hire.
Works started in November 2011 and were completed in August 2013
