This project consisted of:

• The demolition of an existing fire damaged single storey club house building, small pump house and paths etc.
• The construction of a new larger single storey golf club house, complete with bar, restaurant, changing facilities and function room.
• New storm and foul drainage systems, small pump house and associated site and landscaping works.
• New car parking spaces w/c line markings and bicycle parking and other site works include alterations to site entrance/exit, footpaths, signage, attenuation tank, hard & soft landscaping, and all ancillary works.
