Construction of 50nr new semi-detached houses using traditional rendered blockwork walls, timber suspended floors and roof trusses with slate finish built for Kerry County Council over 3nr phases.
Houses were a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom properties and all had upstairs bathrooms, downstairs toilet and kitchens fully fitted.
External works included block garden walls, off street parking spaces and all kerbing, street lighting, ESB mini pillars and drainage works to complete estate roads.
