With its wet dash finish to the external walls and red Tegral Corrugated Sheeted roof, this property was constructed with the local vernacular in mind.

Whilst inside, the clean sharp lines, polished concrete floors and generous height ceilings allow light to flood into the premises and give a very contemporary finish to the home.

Finished on time and budget in only 24 weeks, this build required careful planning and the cooperation of all stakeholders to achieve it without compromising safety or quality.
