Designed by PLM Architecture and constructed in 2013, this project was challenging right from the start. With 21 planning objections from local residents, this project required very careful project planning.

Through a combination of early neighbourhood engagement and excellent site staff, the project went without a hitch and finish both on time (in 38 weeks) and on budget.

This concrete built house consists of 402m2 of living space spread over 3 storeys and has an integrated garage reached via a covered walkway.

With 150mm fully pumped cavities, solar panels, underfloor heating, mechanical heat recovery and a certified air tightness of 1.45m3/hr/m2 @ 50Pa, this property is a truly remarkable A Rated concrete built home finished to an excellent standard throughout.
