Design & build of 42nr two storey 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses completed in February 2023 for  sale to Tuath Housing.

All houses were built using insulated concrete formwork with truss timber roofs, air to water heat pumps and achieved an A2 energy efficiency rating.
