The 4 star Montenotte Hotel in Cork underwent an extensive €5m refurbishment in 2016 which included all of the bedrooms and many of the public areas on a phased basis whilst maintaining full customer services .

The exquisite Gráinne Weber Architects design modernised the aging rooms and added an extensive outdoor balcony for the bar which opened up the stunning views of the city.

In total 107 bedrooms, the banqueting & conferencing facilities, main bar & restaurant, reception & public toilets, external landscaping and installation of a new lift was competed.

The project was scheduled to last 14 weeks but was completed in 11 weeks at the request of the client. We have since returned in 2017/18 to complete the refurbishment of the staff areas and to create new spa treatment suites.
