The project comprised the design and build of a nursing home on a sloping site on the edge of Riverstick Village in County Cork.

The home has 93 en-suite bedrooms, dining rooms, activity rooms, coffee dock, treatment room, hair salon, full kitchen and laundry facilities and all ancillary services.

The A rated building was constructed using blockwork walls, infill ornamental brickwork panels, precast concrete slabs and traditional pitched roofs, all sitting on 250nr concrete piles an average of 17m deep.
