€750k Construction of new 1200m2 sports hall and community centre

The double height sports hall with a gross floor area of circa 750m2 consists of a steel frame with concrete insitu floor, blockwork internal walls, profiled metal roof and a mix of rendered blockwork and proprietary external wall cladding.

The 450m2 two storey blockwork changing block and community centre with offices and recreational spaces was built adjoining the sports hall and fitted out at a later date.

All mechanical and electrical installations as well as wall, floor and ceiling finishes for the sports hall and ground floor office only were completed as part of this contract.

All new service connections, all ancillary works and upgrades to the existing car park and foot paths was included.

Started in November 2014 and completed in May 2015.
