€420k Contract for the restoration and conservation of a period property with the Listowel Hospital campus. Phase one consisted of the replacement of all roof coverings, windows, external doors and rainwater goods whilst the building still operated as a day centre for the elderly.

Phase 2 consisted of the complete strip out internally and repairs/ replacement and conservation of all floors, ceilings and internal structural walls.

The entire building was left as shell and core finish ready for final fitout.
