This project consisted of the construction of new toilet facilities, a new restaurant, bar and kitchen, a new hotel reception area and external draught lobby with a port cochere. The project included full fitout in all areas to a 5 star high standard finish.

The new restaurant and bar were a new build single storey extension onto the existing hotel, constructed using traditional reinforced concrete construction. The new kitchen and VIP dining area were constructed within an existing adjacent café area in the hotel, involving demolition, installation of a new lift and full internal fitout.

The new reception area was constructed within the existing ballroom structure involving demolition of existing toilet facilities, internal layout changes and full fitout.

The new draught lobby and port cochere entrance area was constructed externally using traditional reinforced concrete construction. These works involved external civils works including construction of a new entrance road and carparking spaces.

Started in November 2021 and finished in May 2022. All works during this project were successfully completed within a live hotel environment.
