Various refurbishment works and maintenance works to the Listed Period 5 star Hotel including replacing the entire roof structure.

In 2010 we constructed a new a new 25m stainless steel lapping pool linked to the hotel with an underground tunnel and lift designed by Oppermanns Associates.

The entire swimming pool and ancillary service areas were covered with a green Seedum Roof to ensure the spectacular views from the hotel were not compromised.

Total value of work was circa €3.5m
