€850k Contract to demolish existing shop and apartment above whilst retaining the listed Façade.

Rebuild the property blockwork walls and pre-cast concrete floors whilst restoring shop front and external façade to match existing in order to maintain character of Henry Street in Kenmare.

A new retail unit with separate store room was formed along with 2nr self catering apartments above accessed via a new external staircase to the rear.

Works began in March 2016 and were completed in December 2016.
